A popup will appear allowing you to specify the test run properties.
To specify a new test run you need to fill the following fields:
- Specify general properties
Define the test run name, start and and end date, and it's priority.
- Assign test cases
Assign one or more test cases to the test run. You can search test cases by using a filter (select the filter button) or by using the search bar. If there are more than five test cases, you can use pagination to browse through them. Click the + at the right of the test case you want to choose and it will be assigned to you test run.
- Assign users
Assign one or more users to the test run. You can search users by using the search bar. If there are more than five users, you can use pagination to browse through them. Click the + at the right of the user you want to choose and the user will be assigned to you test run.
Test Run Details
Go to the test run details page by either selecting the Code of the test run or the 'arrow' button to the right of the test run. The test run detail page shows all test run properties, several relations with other items in TestMonitor, and a full audit trail.
The Details block contains several properties of a test run, including the name, start and end date, and Test environment.
All users assigned to the test run are listed in the Users block.
If the test run has test results, they are shown in the Results tab.
All activities for each object in TestMonitor are logged. You can view these activities for this test run under the Activities tab.
