You can customize issue fields according to your needs. Use the cog wheel in the header to open the Settings. At the left side, you’ll see a categorized list of configuration sections. The fourth section is Fields & Customizing. In the underlying section Issues you can customize several issue fields in your TestMonitor environment.
Issue Fields Overview
The issue fields overview shows tabs for all customizable issue fields.
The issue fields which can be customized to fit your organization’s preference are:
The default issue statuses are Open, In progress, Resolved, Retest, and Closed.
The default issue impacts are Low, High, and Blocking.
The default issue priorities are Low, Medium, and High.
The default issue categories are Bug, Feature Request, Business Process, Resource, Test Design, Third Party and Usability.
The default issue resolutions are Fixed, Duplicate, and Won't fix.
In each tab you'll find all the existing fields, including their name and color. The fields shown are either default fields or custom fields added to your TestMonitor environment.
